Dyspraxia/DCD is relatively unknown among healthcare professionals in the United States. Finding a healthcare provider who diagnoses and/or treats individuals with Dyspraxia/DCD can be challenging, given the lack of awareness of this condition. The resources below may help you in your search.

The Society for Developmental and Behavioral Pediatricians (SDBP)

The Society for Developmental and Behavioral Pediatricians (SDBP) is an interprofessional organization dedicated to improving the developmental and behavioral health of children.

The American Physical Therapist Association (APTA)

The American Physical Therapist Association (APTA), is the national organization for physical therapists and physical therapist assistants in the US. Membership in the APTA is available to licensed physical therapists (PTs), physical therapist assistants (PTAs), and students in Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)-accredited programs. Choose PT is sponsored by the APTA.
